Information collected
Name, company, role, email, phone, target market, crop, production system, volume, quality, delivery and other business details added to the request.
Purpose
To answer the request, assess technical fit, plan validation and capacity, conduct partnership discussions and protect records where required.
Sensitive information
Do not submit payment information, trade secrets, licensed genetic details or sensitive growing recipes in the initial form. These should follow an appropriate confidentiality arrangement.
Transparency note
The formal controller identity, registered address and retention periods will be added after incorporation and legal review. This is an operational notice, not a final GDPR/KVKK legal text.
